How long does it take to answer support?
The technical support staff are well qualified in what they do, which is to help all the members requesting technical support tackle their issues in a timely manner. Whether a client has trouble downloading the software, connecting to the network or experiences issues downloading files, the Ares support team will solve them. Expected wait times depend on the volume emails, but a general estimate can range form 1-6 hours. In order to be given the most accurate response, please be sure to include any and all relevant information you feel may be helpful, or part your dilemma.
